The Postal Repair Option is available to those people who need their device repairing quickly but can't utilise the walk-in service. This option guarantees you receive your device back no later than 72 hours after we receive it, however, generally it is within 48 hours.


To give you the best possible service and peace of mind we confirm receipt of all devices via e-mail and text message where applicable.
We also send all items by Royal Mail Special Delivery and provide you with the tracking number.

We never ask for your personal banking details

We are available on the telephone 12 hours a day
